Whether it is your mother’s tuna casserole she served every Tuesday night or the Foie Gras you once sampled at a bistro in Paris, I ask you to please share your memories and/or recipes of dishes that have made an impression in your life. The traditions of what we eat really do make us who we are as individuals, and food is one of the only things that incorporate all five senses making it all the more memorable.
All submissions are welcome, and there isn’t a set guideline, but please try to keep it to about 400 words. Just copy and paste your piece into the field below, and I will post your stories as I receive them. Thank you, and happy eats!
